  • RWW Health stands apart from traditional gyms and wellness centers in several important ways:

    • Holistic Focus Beyond Fitness: While most gyms center on physical workouts, our programs prioritize mental wellness, nutrition education, and emotional support. Movement classes are just one part of a broader approach that includes mindfulness, healthy eating, creative expression, and community connection.

    • No Spiritual or Religious Practices: Our classes and workshops are completely free of spiritual, religious, or faith-based content. We offer an inclusive, welcoming environment for everyone, regardless of background or beliefs.

    • Expert-Led, Evidence-Based: Our team includes certified practitioners with expertise in mental health, nutrition, movement, and workplace wellbeing. All programming is science-backed and informed by real-world experience.

    • Inclusive & Community-Driven: We design our programs to be accessible, culturally relevant, and responsive to community feedback. Our events and memberships are open to all adults, and we partner with organizations to reach diverse groups—including those who may not feel comfortable in traditional wellness spaces.

    • Flexible Offerings: From unlimited monthly classes for individuals to outsourced wellness solutions for organizations, we make it easy to find support that fits your needs.

At RWW Health, we believe true wellness is about more than just physical fitness—it’s about nourishing the mind, body, and community in a way that’s practical, inclusive, and empowering.

  • Supporting women, especially those from marginalized backgrounds, is central to RWW Health’s mission. While we welcome all individuals and organizations to join or partner with us, we prioritize women-focused organizations and individuals by providing subsidized services to groups primarily serving women in underserved communities.

A majority of our practitioner network is made up of women with lived experience and expertise in women’s health. Our classes, workshops, and community programs are designed through a lens of supporting women’s well-being—addressing mental health, nutrition, movement, and social connection in ways that are culturally relevant and responsive to real needs.

At the same time, we recognize that wellness is for everyone. Many men and individuals of diverse gender identities choose RWW Health as their preferred wellness provider to support the women in their lives and communities. Our membership, classes, and partnerships are open to all who share our commitment to empowering women and strengthening communities.

  • RWW Health is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This means our mission—to expand access to wellness and support our community—guides all of our decisions. Instead of distributing profits to owners or shareholders, we reinvest resources into developing programs, growing our practitioner network, and offering subsidized services to increase affordability for those who need it most.

While we strive to make our offerings as accessible as possible, we recognize that cost may still be a barrier for some, and we are committed to seeking partnerships and support to broaden our community impact.
